Psychedelic !

Postby mr kite on Sat Dec 01, 2007 8:36 pm

The 60s were responsible for the greatest decade in pop music and how
Psychedelia was a counter culture music and a way of thinking and art and
i love it all , i guess the farther to its birth was Sgt Pepper or even before that
Strawberry Fields , who knows where it all began but this thread is an appreciation
So Tune In And Drop Out and enjoy !

White Rabbit - Jefferson Airplane .

And then over a cup of tea
We talked about whatever that came to our heads
That was delightful, I said

"one pill makes you larger and one pill makes you small"

and white rabbit was born and many artists would rip off the bass line :) from micheal jackson can you feel it and madonnas material girl.

i actually put white rabbit up for best female single on the DM forum, because to this day there has been nothing close to it by anyone.

The Montery Pop Festival 1967
The festival was a milestone that brought rock music to a wider audience and it was Hendrix`s return to his
homeland after being a hit in the UK and did he pull out all the stops .
Wild Thing , with the sacrifice of his guitar . 8)
