After the Hemipheres album in 79 , Rush looked for a different direction from the 10 minute prog songs and
went forward with more of a keyboard overlayered over done to me sound and lost there raw guitar sound
This is just my opinion of course , but i think it was a downhill slope after the brilliant 1980 Permanant Waves
