Heres a thread to put some magic songs from the 60s on 8)

Like It This Way - Fleetwood Mac .

We talked about whatever that came to our heads

The 60s! A great decade in our history I'd say. Great musical decade too. I mean, you have all those great bands who were just a skiffle band before the 60s and grew into such big hits in the 60s onwards (The Who, The Beatles, Yes.... ) .

What made the 60s so great, i suppose, is that musicians were fresher. Like, the War was over, the conflicts in the 50s were over, wnad how long can one listen to songs about ones country, the army, all those patriotic nationalistic songs, and the typical love songs? Those rockers in the 60s sang of something different!

Keep em coming them songs, Mr K!

<object width="425" height="355"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/KCLOMBbRVB0"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/KCLOMBbRVB0" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="355"></embed></object>
He`s a bit of a charmer isnt he .

Joni s song writing even in her early years still pulls my heart strings , she would go on to write
more personal songs and in my opinion one of the best albums ever recorded Blue .
Joni is another reason why the 60s was ,in my opinion the greatest decade in music .
And then over a cup of tea
We talked about whatever that came to our heads
That was delightful, I said

Brings back memories indeed... I'm surprised I still remember the words :D Yeh, I Heard That was a good book (it had Hey Jude and Blowing in the Wind too ;) ) But, imagine hearing this song when you're still learning English... that was quite hard, but I learned a whole lot of new words from it... cobalt stones! :)

Really sad song though, I thought back then. And I still do. But a really good one too :)
Would you believe me if I told you I was being followed by a Yellow Submarine?

Its too late to listen to the music but I will soon! :)

The question - is that David Crosby? Here's something I found,
Roger McGuinn originated The Byrds' trademark 12 string guitar sound (which he in turn took from George Harrison on "A Hard Day's Night")
